NON-COMMERCIAL projects and are subject to revisions, editing, and
additions without notice.

general
visual reference and/or description with colour picks must be provided by client for character illustration.
my work is not permitted to be used as a NFT. do not claim or resell any of my work as your own.
i reserve the right to reject any commission for any given reason.
permissions & uses
commissioned work from me [ junkyardflower ] is only to be used for personal use. detailed discussion of commercial use must be documented in a written agreement, and will influence pricing.
reposting is permitted, as long as credit is given.
payment & refunds
payment will be processed through paypal invoice sent by [ junkyardflower] the seller, requiring client's email.
work will not begin without full payment unless discussed to be worked on fractionally. payment must be made in some way to begin any given project by a client.
if client wishes to cancel the commission before the work begins, 5% of the original commission payment in USD will be kept as a convenience fee. does not apply if client requests refund after 6 months of insufficient updates from seller [ junkyardflower ].
if client wishes to cancel the commission during the sketch --> lineart phase, 50% of original payment will be issued as refund.
no refund will be issued if the client cancels during the color stage, or after the commission is complete.
if i cancel the commission, 100% of the original commission payment in USD will be issued as a refund to the client.
i reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in clear/effective english, or unforeseen inability to complete the commission.
clients are encouraged to communicate when they feel is necessary for an update, assurance, reminders, or questions regarding work.
